We review the press release and questions with you in advance so you’re properly prepared. Then the camera is turned on, and you answer the questions investors want to know about, and you want to answer.


Video can be captured by one of our camera-people on site, or by web cam. 


Broadcast can be “live” and/or recorded for upload.

In the case of a recorded video, we produce it quickly so it can be ready when your press release is.

When you want to stay on message, deliver a host of fact and figures or have numerous executives involved, a scripted video is often your best solution.


We can help with everything from scripting, and storyboarding your video, to navigating disclosure committee requirements. At the shoot, we coach your executives through the process so that they look comfortable, sound great, and deliver the message compellingly.  In post-production, we use a clean look and feel and sharp graphical treatments to reinforce key elements of your message. 


Turn-around is 48 hours -- but can be less in a pinch.

Scripted Style Video Pricing:

HD Video Capture | Onsite with a cameraman or remotely - both in HD

Depending on factors like time and location we have a couple of options when it comes to capturing your video. 


Option one:   we send a camera operator to your site capture everything in realtime.  This is easy, and offers the advantages of professional lighting, sound and use of techniques like green screen. No doubt about it, this approach produces the highest quality video. 


Option two:  HD web cam.  This technology has come a long way and is a great option for creating a video quickly and cost effectively. While the quality isn’t quite as high as option one, it is still very, very acceptable - we wouldn’t recommend it if it wasn’t. 

Time | If your CEO has 15 minutes, we can create a video that rocks

Time is no longer a barrier to using video in investor communications. 


Whether we have someone on site with a camera or use a web cam, all the set up and preparation for the video shoot can be transparent to your executive team.  We work with you to make sure that the script or questions are ready, and that the technology is good to go. 


Then, your CEO (or executive team member) arrives and reads the script, or answer the interview questions.  With a little practice, they will soon be in and out in 15 minutes or less. 


And your video will be ready to go out with your news release, making certain that investors understand what you’re trying to say.
